Returns and Refunds

For pre manufactured items the following conditions apply.

1. If you have issues or problems with your purchase, you must contact us via email within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address.

2. Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic, broken or damaged item). We will request pictures of the problem. Please don't return items without having our approval, no authorised order returns might not get refunded.

3. After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us.

4. Please do not ship items to us for a return if it hasnt been authorised by us. Not authorised returns might not get refunded.

 

For items made to order, certain conditions apply.
